The company is located in Heilsbronn near Ansbach (Bavaria). It was founded in the year 1991 by Dipl. Ing (FH) Alexander Kalusche. Because of its highest quality and safety standards, individual approaches and its excellent expert know how acad became an indispensible constant in construction, product development and express injection moulding for many considerable national and international companies.

For customers this means more than 28 years expert knowledge in product development with focus on plastics, a highly specialised manufacturing process and unique manufacturing process for injection moulding prototypes and concentrated expertise for the manufacturing of your innovative housings for the medical sector.

acad engineering: Driven by evolution

acad engineering is specialist for the development of interior components for the automotive branch. Our customers include OEMs from the automotive branch, tier 1 as well as tier 2.

Within the last 28 years we have acquired special knowledge with rear and front armrests, cupholders and seat components. Here we can draw upon many years of experience. One permanent contact from the first request to the project transfer ensures a smooth operation.

acad prototyping: Driven by improvement

Since the year 2000 acad prototyping produces plastic parts in a unique express injection moulding procedure. Quantities between 20 and 2000 can be delivered within 5 to 10 working days. The prices for high strength aluminium start with 2000 EUR and depend on size and complexity. Possible are maximum sizes of 600 mm and a maximum injection weight of 700 g. Injectable are all thermoplastic plastics. The most important types (about 400 currently) are always on stock.
