The ALOtec Dresden GmbH was founded in 1998 as a technology company from the Fraunhofer Institute for Material and Beam Technology Dresden. The focus of its business activities is the development and production of laser systems for material processing and services in the area of material processing by means of laser technology.


The ALOtec Dresden GmbH manufactures and sells custom-configured laser systems for hardening and cladding by means of wire or powder on the basis of robots and fiber coupled high power diode lasers up to 20 kW output power.
